Sillimanite - Fredda Valley, Mergozzo, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola Province, Piedmont, Italy
Big fibrous light blue-grey Sillimanite's crystals on matrix. The biggest crystal (65 mm) is less showy; the smallest one (40 mm) is better formed. There are other minor crystals. Nice sample for the species.
